Do you discount your work?
We have years of invaluable knowledge and experience in the web and IT industry. We provide excellent value to your business and we believe our price point is very reasonable. For this reason, we never discount our work. If you require a cheaper price, we can re-evaluate the scope of your project.
Do you undertake urgent work and are there additional fees?
Urgent jobs are a part of the industry and sometimes cannot be avoided. Although we will take on this sort of work please keep in mind it delays other client projects. Because of this, we have a rush fee that applies to work that requires the same or next-day turnaround.
The following fees may apply to your project:
- Same day turnaround: 25% of the cost of the job
- Next-day turnaround: 15% of the cost of the job.

What is the best way to get in contact with you?
Before the initial consultation, we prefer a phone conversation to get a quick rundown of the work required. This way we can be prepared for when we meet with you face-to-face (via Google Meet). After the project requirements have been agreed upon and the project is underway, the best method of contact is email. Any project changes must be emailed to ensure said changes are documented.

What payment options do you offer?
At this stage, we only accept bank transfer payments. Once the project proposal has been signed off by both parties, a 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due on project completion or based on the terms outlined in your project contract.
What CMS or LMS software do you use?
We try to use WordPress whenever possible because of its simplicity, flexibility and expandability. There is also a huge support base online if you want to educate yourself further.
How much does a website cost?
Every project is different due to features and the number of pages, however, our packages start at $4000 AUD + GST. To get an accurate costing for your project, please be sure to complete the quote request form.
How long does a website build take to complete?
As a general guide, a site can be fully built-in 4 - 12 weeks. This time frame does greatly depend on whether content has already been created and how quickly communications are responded to. Site complexity will also determine the outcome.
Will you take on work that was started by another developer?
As long as there are no outstanding accounts and you have appropriate copyright licences/ agreements in place, we are happy to continue working on projects that are not yet completed.

Do you write the content for my website?
Yes. Content writing is not included as part of a website build and will be quoted separately.
Do you offers services in social media and email marketing?
We sure can. As part of your project, we can include social media and email marketing. All social media and email marketing is quoted separately.
